*Contest* - Winner will be chosen on Friday September 26th, 2008.

This contest is now closed.
The winner was 'layla'.
Be sure to check back in a couple of hours to see what the next contest is about.

This contest is simple. I would like to know what is most the most popular or most needed piece of winter wear: fingerless gloves, winter hat with ear flaps, winter hat without earflaps, short scarf or long scarf.

Write your answer in the comments section and on Friday September 26th I'll put all of the names into a hat and draw out a winner. The winner can then choose a pair of fingerless gloves from my store and I will send them to the winner free of charge + free shipping. If there is another item that is wanted, I will give a 30.00 rebate + free shipping.

Could life be easier?

Your ones are so cool!

For me, I like LOOOOONG scarves, so I can choose whether to wear it dangling or wrapped round several times or looped and tucked...etc.

*fingers crossed* (that's why it can't be fingerless gloves ;-))

For me its a tie between gloves and a nice long thick scarf.

Colorful beanies for cold winter days of course!

This winter, I'm most likely to buy a winter hat with earflaps. But that's because I don't have one. I have gloves (2 pair) and scarves (2). So maybe I'm wrong, and gloves and scarves are a better bet? Maybe I'm the least helpful piece of market research you have?
Either way, thanks for entering me.

I adore all of those items, but my favorite is scarfettes or neck warmers. When I'm at work, I find that neckwarmers not only look great, but of course keep my neck warm and cozy!
Would still love to win the gloves!

I LOVE long scarves. I'm planning on buy a few different scarves and cowls for this fall and winter. I do plan on purchasing a pair of fingerless gloves though too.

I really like long scarves the best, just because they look so nice and can be worn in different ways. A winter hat with ear flaps would probably be the most practical for keeping warm though. But the fingerless gloves are just so darn cute! Wow, am I helpful or what? I'm going with my first instinct- a long scarf.

I think the winter hat without flaps is most popular in my area. I actually see alot of people wearing stylish ones when its not even winter:)

This is a tough one. I think overall, for me, my answer would be fingerless gloves. I love them. They keep me warm without impeding my ability to interact with the world around at large, something very important to me. BUT long scarves come in a very close second, because on really really cold days, they are cozy, comforting, and indispensable. Hope that helps!

I'd say Long Scarves, I love them!! And since I hate hats, when it gets way to cold outside I can wrap the scarf around my ears if they get cold.

Where I live, all of those are a necessity, but if I have to pick one I will say a long scarf, because on cold days I like to cover my face with it as well to stay warm and still have long enough tails to wrap around my neck.

Thank you for the great contest!

I would love to have some fingerless gloves! But honestly, I wear long scarves most often. I like hats but sometimes I don't want to mess up my hair. :)

I love long scarves, but I REALLY want to get a hooded scarf. I just got a new job close by and need to keep warm during the early morning walks to work! Any type of long scarf or mitten/fingerless glove are my favorite. Fingerless gloves are great when you have to ride a bike. Good luck everyone!
